Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the AthletesSuite Academy platform (“the Service”) operated by Michigan Elite Sports Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account, or have your account created by a parent, guardian, or authorized academy staff member.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Accounts may only be created by invitation from authorized academy staff.

3. Permitted use

The Service is provided exclusively for use by members of Michigan Elite Sports Academy — including coaches, trainers, athletes, and authorized parents or guardians. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of athlete management, performance tracking, and communication within the academy.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorization.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or discriminate against any individual.
• Introduce malware, spam, or otherwise interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the Service at scale.

5. Health and fitness data

If you connect a third-party health service (such as Google Fit), you authorize us to retrieve fitness data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this authorization at any time. We are not a medical provider and the Service does not constitute medical advice.

6. Intellectual property

All content within the Service — including software, design, and documentation — is owned by Michigan Elite Sports Academy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Athlete data you enter into the Service (performance results, notes, goals) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that performance data will be accurate or complete. Use of the Service for athletic training decisions is at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michigan Elite Sports Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or at the discretion of academy administration. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes within the Service.
